IAI’s professional experience include assignments in: e-commerce and engineering project web sites; legacy data cleanup, conversion and rationalization; and support of major data formats, including XML, SGML, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and STEP. IAI has worked in several disciplines, including Structural, Process Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation Design; and Chemical Process Safety. Recently, IAI has placed contract personnel to perform project management, pipe stress analysis and piping/ pressure vessel design.
IAI offers a special fast-track training suite called the Piping Boot Camp®. The Piping Designer Boot Camp® increases the efficiency of new and transitioning designers to chargeable levels on most piping design tasks. The Piping Engineer Boot Camp® does the same for new and transitioning engineers. An optional design or engineering piping project allows attendees to apply their skills to an integrated project. Certification testing as SPED Professional Piping Designers Level I can be arranged, as well. IAI can custom-design piping training from a collection of over 4,000 power point slides and many video segments.
IAI helps clients implement a program of strategic change through a balanced combination of process analysis, consultative coaching, training and technology insertion. Opportunities for improvement are evaluated for both long and short term returns. IAI executes assignments so the clients themselves can continue the improvement process and, as a result, IAI engagements continue yielding returns long after completion.
