Objective: Piper BootCamp covers equipment and fittings necessary for routing pipe from nozzle to rack to nozzle. The topics covered are chosen to prepare for the SPED Professional Piping Designer Level I Certification test. The SPED PPD Certification Test is given on the last day of the course.

This is a very dense course and is packed with hard to find material covering a broad span of essential material. It will move at a very fast pace.
This course is recommended for Piping Designers who are familiar with drafting principles and elementary design layout who desire a solid review of pipe design basics leading to an internationally recognized credential. Piping drafters training in foreign countries desiring a refresher using English terminology and drafters from non-piping EPC disciplines are encouraged to attend. Successful students should be able to pass the SPED Professional Piping Designer Level I Exam. Note: PPD Level I exam passage is NOT guaranteed and final certification subject to SPED application review.
